Built in 2015, Live Oak Plantation is a place of breathtaking beauty and rustic charm. Located in the heart of Vernon, FL, our elegant white-washed wedding barn venue rests on 120 acres of land brimming with 200-300-year old live oak trees. Private and remote, this location is ideal for even the most intimate outdoor or indoor ceremonies, yet still conveniently located near Panama City Beach. Our facility can accommodate up to 150 plus guests with a full kitchen as well as bridal and groom suites.
